Questions we get

Where do you ship to?

Across the US, from our warehouse in Portugal. Duties and taxes are shown at checkout, so nothing is due on the doorstep.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders placed by 2pm ship the same working day. Most arrive in 4 to 7 working days.

Can I return my order?

Yes, within 60 days of delivery, for a refund or a different size or color. Returns are free, as long as the pair has not been worn outside.

Can I have them resoled?

Yes. The Court, the Court High and the Slip can all be resoled: write to us for a prepaid label and our workshop fits a new cupsole and posts them back in about three weeks. The Runner, with its foam midsole, cannot.

Are these Q&As real?
